How can hosting be this cheap and still good?

What does "price-lock for life" actually mean?

Whatever rate you sign up at today is the rate you renew at — next year, in three years, in ten years. No "introductory pricing", no "your renewal cost will be 4× this", no fine print. The number on your invoice does not move.

Can I move my existing site over?

Yes, and we'll do it for you at no charge. If your current host runs cPanel™, the account is still active (not suspended), and you have the login details, we copy everything across as-is: files, e-mail, and databases. Just place your order and send us your old host cPanel logins using in a secure helpdesk ticket — we'll take care of the rest. Not sure whether your current host uses cPanel? Contact us before you order and we'll check your migration options first.

What if I cancel? Is there really no catch?

Cancel within 30 days and we refund the entire amount — no forms, no exit interview, no "are you sure" loops. After 30 days, cancel any time and you keep service through the end of the period you paid for.
